Travel Guard is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Clerical Report Analyst to join our team in Stevens Point, WI or Houston, TX. In this key role, you’ll support workforce management operations by ensuring accurate staffing data, shift adherence, and coverage across our customer service teams. Your work will directly contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience by enabling front-line employees to perform at their best.

What’s the job?

• You’ll create call volume forecasts for a variety of product lines.
• You’ll produce daily/weekly/monthly staff schedules to ensure appropriate staffing for anticipated call volumes and forecasts.
• You’ll ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• You’ll assign break/lunch times for staff according to department and coverage needs.
• You’ll run performance reports and create weekly/monthly scorecards for the staff.
• You’ll generate reports on staffing levels, adherence, and key business indicators to provide management.
• You’ll perform monthly audits to ensure skill/queue settings are accurate.
• You’ll assist with new hire onboarding tickets and equipment orders.

What are we looking for?

•     You’ll have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

•     You’ll possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

•     You’ll have a keen eye for details.

•     You’ll be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

•     You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
