Your role

As Head of HR, your main responsibilities will include:

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Lead end‑to‑end HR setup for the India GCC and advise leadership on people strategy and org design.
  • Adapt global HR frameworks to an India‑specific operating model.

Talent Acquisition & Scaling

  • Drive rapid hiring of engineering and digital talent and build a scalable multi‑channel recruitment engine.
  • Strengthen employer branding and India EVP.

HR Operations Compliance

  • Establish scalable HR processes, HRMS accuracy, data governance, and onboarding.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory requirements.

Culture, Leadership & Engagement

  • Coach leaders, elevate manager capability, and build an inclusive, performance‑driven culture.
  • Lead engagement, communication, listening, and learning initiatives.

Performance, Reward & Insights

  • Partner on C&B frameworks, lead performance cycles, talent reviews, and succession.
  • Use data and dashboards for better decisions.

Team & Operating Model

  • Build a high‑performing HR team and vendor/HRMS infrastructure to scale from 200 to 800+.
  • Foster strong collaboration with global and India leadership.

Your Skills and Experience

As Head of HR, your skills and experience will ideally include:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organization Psychology, or related field.
  • Proven experience building or scaling a GCC in India, with ownership of the HR operating model.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience in a multinational or GCC environment.
  • Deep understanding of India’s talent market, statutory framework, and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated success navigating rapid scale‑up, transformation, or complex organizational build‑outs.
  • Strong functional expertise across TA, performance, talent, OD, C&B, ER, and culture.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship building, and influencing capability.
  • Ability to operate hands‑on while shaping long‑term strategy and influencing global leaders.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (SAP, SuccessFactors) and data‑driven HR management.
  • Commitment to inclusive, equitable, transparent, and globally‑aligned people practices.
