Job Summary

Under only general supervision, responsible for various duties within sales and distribution. Supports the sales force by providing information and analysis that help drive the delivery of Zurich products and services to customers and distributors.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

 

  • Provide resources to help agencies understand Zurich’s products, systems, and brand standards.
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new agencies, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements and internal procedures are followed throughout the onboarding process.
  • Independently researches and business development opportunities
  • Utilizes industry knowledge and expertise to Implement strategies to achieve sales goals.-consultation to field sales personnel.
  • Uses industry knowledge and respond to inquires and-or distributors, provide clear resolves various issues as they arise.
  • Resolve operational customer-distributor (or other partner) management activities (e.g. remuneration, sales initiatives, event management, cross-selling), ensuring an efficient and high-quality service is extended to all internal and external customers.
