Job Summary

Supports discrete pieces of Group complex strategic issue identification and the management of strategic initiatives and contributes to actionable, high quality strategic insights and recommendations and responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting bancassurance strategies to drive sales growth, partner bank performance, and operational excellence. This role acts as the strategic bridge between the insurance company, partner banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of bancassurance initiatives

Job Qualifications

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance
- 4 years of experience in:
  • Bancassurance
  • Insurance distribution
  • Banking partnership management
  • Sales strategy or support roles
- Strong understanding of banking and insurance operations
- Strategic thinking and analytical capability
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management
- Data analysis and performance management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project management and execution 

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

- Develop and execute bancassurance growth strategies aligned with company and partner bank objectives
- Identify new opportunities across products, channels, and customer segments
- Translate strategic objectives into clear action plans and initiatives
- Support long‑term partnership sustainability and expansion
- Provide strategic and operational support to bancassurance team
- Drive sales productivity through campaign planning, sales programs, and incentive support
- Monitor sales performance vs targets and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure product suitability and competitiveness for bank customer
