Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

Compliance Program Development:
- Develop, implement, and manage the organization’s compliance program.
- Create and update compliance policies and procedures to ensure they meet current regulations and best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of compliance policies.

Monitoring and Auditing:
- Monitor and audit company operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/implement corrective action plans.

Training and Education:
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and company policies.
- Provide ongoing support and training to ensure continuous compliance awareness.

Regulatory Liaison:
- Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies.
- Stay up-to-date with current and emerging regulations that may impact the organization.

Investigations and Reporting:
- Conduct internal investigations of compliance issues and allegations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
- Ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken in response to compliance issues.

Risk Management:
- Identify and assess compliance risks within the organization.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Monitor and report on compliance risk activities.

Policy Enforcement:
- Enforce organizational standards and policies.
- Ensure disciplinary measures are taken in case of compliance breaches.
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints and investigation outcomes.
