Job Summary

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and sales, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will involve managing client relationships, defining project objectives, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, JIRA).    - Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, and UX/UI design principles.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, Write Epic & User Stories
  • Having Business Analytic Skill ( in terms of gathering, understanding & analyzing user requirement )

 

Job Description

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication of project progress and issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring team members are engaged and productive.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise
  • Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Proactively address issues and challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet the required standards
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders to continuously improve project outcomes
