Job Summary

Leads the data engineer team(-s) in the development of distinctive analytical and risk insights that deliver improvements in business results through the application of advance analytical techniques to complex data sets

Job Qualifications

  1. Proven leadership experience and ability in managing large team in data engineering, analytics, or data transformation initiatives, with the ability to develop and implement enterprise-wide data solutions.
  2. Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities to identify business needs, uncover root causes, and recommend process or system improvements.
  3. Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and data-driven initiatives, including process optimization, innovation, and regulatory compliance activities.
  4. Strong knowledge of data management, data governance, and analytics tools and methodologies, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  5. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating across functions and influencing internal and external partners to drive strategic outcomes.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

  1. Leads the development of next-generation market leading analytic techniques to build the data engineering capabilities across the organization.
  2. They complete in-depth diagnostics of project needs issues and business drivers and recommend process and system improvement to enhance customer service.
  3. They develop propose and lead the implementation of data initiatives to improve processes develop policies and generate innovation to maintain regulatory compliance andor deliver process or product enhancements.
  4. They establish maintain and grow strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external partners leveraging relationships to drive ongoing improvements to the organizations data strategy.
