Health Underwriter - Zurich Asuransi Indonesia

This role handle underwriting function for Employee Benefits products, including Group Health and Group Personal Accident insurance, by ensuring profitable portfolio growth, providing strategic underwriting guidance, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering effective solutions to clients and intermediaries.

• Proven experience in Group Health and Group Personal Accident Pricing/Underwriting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
• In-depth knowledge of Employee Benefits product design and development.
• Ability to serve as a trusted consultant and advisor to clients.
• Strong negotiation skills when dealing with intermediaries and direct clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in managing pooling and captive arrangements.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
