Orchestrate all the deliverables from each of workstream/enablers for alignment and consistencies, Working closely with business process stakeholders and play the role as Change Management agent to ensure new processes are adopted as expected

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale transformation programs.Manage timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.Facilitate change readiness activities for impacted teams.
  • Lead digitization projects that enhance automation, data visibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Define transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities and long‑term strategy.
  • Identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities across business units.
  • Conduct impact assessments and develop business cases for transformation initiative
