Job Qualifications

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- .2–4 years of experience in sales, relationship management in agency channel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence and motivate partners to achieve business goals
- Knowledge of insurance/financial products 

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

Agency Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to foster trust and loyalty.
Sales Support & Growth:
  • Assist agents in achieving their sales targets by providing guidance, resources, and motivation.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and analyze agency performance metrics; provide feedback and strategies for improvement.
Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities to expand agency network and recruit new agents.
Compliance & Governance:
  • Ensure agency operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Reporting:
  • Prepare regular reports on agency performance and market trends for management review.
