Job Summary:
As an RPA Developer in our Automation Team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath and Blue Prism. Working closely with both business and IT stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to streamline processes and translate them into scalable automation workflows. Your work will contribute directly to improving operational efficiency, reducing manual effort, and enabling innovation across Zurich’s global organization. By leveraging intelligent automation, you will help support Zurich’s purpose of creating a brighter future together.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and Blue Prism
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document processes
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows for reliability and scalability
- Maintain and update existing bots, ensuring they meet business needs and compliance standards
- Prepare documentation for solutions, changes, and best practices
- Stay up to date with RPA trends and platform enhancements
Candidate’s profile:
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio/Orchestrator and Blue Prism Process/Object Studio
- Experience with VBA is also a must
- Solid understanding of RPA concepts, design, and implementation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience in process mapping and documentation
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Power Tools or Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certificate is a plus

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.
This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
