About the role:

In this role you will be a member of the Integrated Talent Management Operations Team, a center of excellence for HR application management located in Krakow. You will successfully deliver Business Support for Zurich’s HR applications and systems that allow users to apply for roles and provide feedback on the recruitment process. You will also support our colleagues from the Global Talent Acquisition Team and have contact with the global community of recruiters and system users.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Administration and management of our Talent Acquisition platforms (MyRecruitment, Phenom, and LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Support review of system infrastructure and work with vendors on system enhancements
  • Provide system training and liaise with vendors to ensure any pending items are resolved
  • Manage incoming queries around the platforms’ features and support with resolving issues coming from system administrators and users
  • Co-ordinate recruitment efforts for one of our business units (liaising with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews, taking references, posting jobs)
  • Support regular communication with the global community to present system updates, gather feedback, share experience and ideas (schedule calls, prepare presentations, follow up if necessary)
  • Provide support in reporting and analysis to support global KPIs
  • Develop and update policies and guidelines to ensure proper level of governance is in place
  • Provide support in projects and initiatives for the Global Talent Acquisition Team

 

Candidate’s profile:

 

  • University degree  
  • Fluent English 
  • Min. 1-2 years of experience in HR/recruiting operations 
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Success Factors desirable but not essential
  • Some experience with data reporting and analytics  
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite and O365
  • Ability to work under pressure and to complete tasks while managing multiple projects, internal work, and end-user support 
  • Team player, can work as part of a virtual team, curious and eager to develop and learn  
  • Customer oriented, can collaborate with various stakeholders to meet their needs

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.

 

This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków. We are committed to complete the recruitment process as soon as possible, however in some occasions it may take up to 6 months and the requirements for the position may be subject to some clarification or modification during the recruitment process.
