Planning and Performance Management Junior Analyst
Place of work: Cracow
Responsibilities:
- Support monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closings, including booking to cost centers and cost allocation
- Prepare & provide regular expense reporting
- Support actuals and forecast analysis
- Feed financial figures to management information systems
- Maintain master data in SAP (cost centers, accounts, statistical key figures, etc.), planning systems and other controlling systems including tests
- Response to query from business and cost-center managers
- Execute and prepare control evidence
- Assist and support department´s initiatives
Candidate’s profile:
- Finance and Accounting / Economy education is preferred
- English skills – spoken and written at fluent level
- Microsoft Office experience package including very good Excel knowledge
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong interest in finance, passion for teamwork and success
- Desire to grow through development opportunities
- Previous working/internship experience or studying abroad is an asset

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.
This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
