About the role:

In this role you will be a member of internal HR Zurich team, being responsible for end-to-end recruitment function for the center in Cracow. This means proactive search and identifying candidates for all levels of positions (from junior to executive), cooperating with Hiring Managers and strategically creating and maintaining pipeline for various roles within the center. You will also have opportunities to take part in various HR initiatives.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Liaising with the business partners/hiring managers to understand and review the recruitment needs
  • Proactive and creative recruiting/sourcing of candidates from sources like social media/job boards
  • Creating strategies for generating the pipeline for various roles within the center
  • Being responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offering the candidate, through interviewing and feedback
  • Keeping relations with external partners (job boards, recruitment agencies), when necessary
  • Managing the candidate pool both for internal roles, as well as effectively managing external candidates
  • Ensuring the best in class candidates` experience and promotion of Zurich brand on the market
  • Maintaining and tracking the recruitment process and data in the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) system
  • Creating job postings to attract and engage candidates
  • Engaging in additional, ad-hoc recruitment/HR activities when necessary

 

 

Candidate’s profile:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment - SSC/BPO or recruitment agency working for international clients
  • A proven track of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in the F&A area
  • Very good communication skills, fluent English (C1)
  • Sourcing experience (LinkedIn, database)
  • Strong relationship building skills and influencing/negotiation skills
  • Service oriented working style and attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and handle complex tasks
  • Attention to detail and process management skills, as well as focus towards continuous improvement of the process
  • Experience of working in ATS

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.

 

This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków. We are committed to complete the recruitment process as soon as possible, however in some occasions it may take up to 6 months and the requirements for the position may be subject to some clarification or modification during the recruitment process.
