AM - Policy Servicing Operations

Summary

Responsible for managing the requirements of new products and related governance/project activities initiated by the Company. The primary goal is to ensure prompt actions that meet established benchmarks, align with the Company's strategies, and deliver within the agreed timeline while maintaining high standards.

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities 

  1. Lead and monitor the new products/regulatory projects initiate by the company for Life Family Servicing
  2. Lead and supervise subordinate on project implementation & testing
  3. Participate and prepare comprehensive system/business requirement and fulfil the needs of users to promote improvements to processes and processing efficiency
  4. Perform and monitor project/enhancement User Acceptance Test (UAT) with agreed define test script
  5. Prepare sign off document, post implementation briefing to business owner prior production deployment
  6. Implement or meet agreed milestones for approved new products/regulatory projects or initiatives.
  7. Ensure all activities achieved the reasonable quality, performance and within the agreed timeline given.
  8. Prepare and review of any relevant document e.g: WI, regulatory guides, policy contract.
  9. Support team member on day-to-day problem solving
  10. Assist in any ad-hoc assignment/projects from Management when required.
  11. To ensure all requirements of the Takaful Act 1984, Bank Negara Guidelines, MTA Guidelines, Departmental Benchmarks, Bank Negara Audit, Internal Audit and External Audit are complied with.

Qualification/Experience 

Education: Degree or Diploma with relevant experience

Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years Year in Insurance/Takaful Industry
