Brand Specialist


Job Summary

Develop the Zurich brand by helping build a brand identity system and lead the advertising and marketing process management to support the Brand Strategy framework.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Support the development of a brand identity system so that the brand is consistently expressed and communicated in all environments, (advertising, offline and online communication, offices, agencies, events, videos, signage).
• Support the governance of the Zurich identity to ensure the brand is communicated consistently and efficiently across the organization.
• Support the development of guidelines and tools to ensure aligned execution.
• Support the protection of the logo, word mark and mark in alignment with group legal, thus contributing to the implementation of the trademark strategy.
• Collaborate with other functions and peers to ensure the brand remains relevant and that all initiatives support the Brand Strategy framework.
• Support the Head of the department in ensuring that all external brand and advertising activities are coordinated and efficiently planned.
• Drive marketing change programs across the function/s to include agency migration and corporate guidelines adoption.
• Ensure appropriate marketing effectiveness measures are in place and manage all the necessary processes to measure report on advertising performance.
• Strengthen the brand identity knowledge through regular training and calls to internal and external audiences
• Support the development of guidelines and tools to ensure aligned execution.

Job Functions

• Work with Group Marketing team to plan and execute the global brand investment in brand image and operationalize the investment.
• Help to manage the delivery and deployment of new corporate guidelines across all marketing collateral.
• Support the delivery of business marketing campaigns.

Business Accountabilities

• Help implement brand tools to ensure the brand is fully understood and communicated effectively.
• Support to shape and adapt the marketing assurance activity and to ensure its fit for purpose.
• Provide brand advice and support to ensure the needs of segment/s are met within policy constraints.Provide brand advice to support the local marketing team to ensure that there is no misalignment between policy and practice.
• Prepare reports showing the results of brand initiatives and campaigns to support the decision making process.
• Maintain relationships as necessary by influencing or reasoning with either internal or external stakeholders in order to support delivery of processes.
