Customer Service Administration (3-months contract)

Job Summary

To deliver results through basic processing and support that helps to meet customer’s expectations by providing them with market leading service whilst developing excellent customer relationships.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities


• Set and achieve high targets to maintain productivity, efficiency and quality standards.
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships through processing a range of basic tasks.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of relevant systems, products, processes and procedures to aid delivery of first class service.
• Support other colleagues with basic admin support across a variety of tasks.

Business Accountabilities


• Follow standard ordering procedures to ensure adequate low value supplies/resources (e.g. paper, envelopes etc.) are available to meet work unit requirements.
• Follow service centre procedures to ensure adherence to the organization´s risk, health and safety and compliance policies sometimes with a moderate degree of supervision.
• Organize information according to service centre procedures by filing, data entry, checking/matching data, etc. to ensure accurate records are maintained on a day-to-day basis.
• Provide feedback relating to the quality and efficiency of service centre processes and systems.
• Liaise with internal customers in order to exchange information, clarify facts, and resolve queries and/or problems, and adjust release of jobs based on business priorities.
• Operate within a straightforward routine or process, constantly monitoring the quality of outputs to ensure they fit business requirements.
