Delivers results through basic processing and support that helps meet customer expectations by providing market-leading service while developing excellent customer relationships.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

  • Set and achieve high targets to maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships through processing a range of basic tasks, while demonstrating a basic understanding of relevant systems, products, processes, and procedures to aid in the delivery of first-class service.
  • Support other colleagues with basic administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture and learn about the importance of customer focus.
  • Achieve all competency and behavior-based objectives and seek role progression or opportunities to develop their own knowledge.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.


Preferred:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
