HR Services Executive - 6 Months Contract

Purpose

Provide comprehensive HR operational support and ensure task are completed with high degree of quality and accuracy. Ensure confidentiality of employee data is maintained.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate closely with HR teams, managers, and employees to effectively handle HR operational tasks.

  • Can work independently to perform tasks and resolve issues.

  • This may includes supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes, administering benefits, managing leave request & payroll transactions, and maintaining HR databases and records.

  • Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures, paying meticulous attention to detail in data entry and documentation.

  • Regular quality checks and audits help identify any errors or inconsistencies, allowing for prompt corrective actions.

  • Demonstrate commitment to corporate values.

  • Take accountability for participating in the performance management cycle.

  • Take action to improve performance on the job.

  • Assist and support co-workers.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.

  • Open for Fresh Graduate to apply

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
