HR Services Executive - 6 Months Contract
Purpose
Provide comprehensive HR operational support and ensure task are completed with high degree of quality and accuracy. Ensure confidentiality of employee data is maintained.
Key Accountabilities

Collaborate closely with HR teams, managers, and employees to effectively handle HR operational tasks.

Can work independently to perform tasks and resolve issues.

This may includes supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes, administering benefits, managing leave request & payroll transactions, and maintaining HR databases and records.

Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures, paying meticulous attention to detail in data entry and documentation.

Regular quality checks and audits help identify any errors or inconsistencies, allowing for prompt corrective actions.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
