HR Services Executive


Job Summary


Undertake analysis and testing of systems and processes to support accurate definition of business requirements and successful implementation of projects that meet the businesses' needs.

Business Accountabilities


  • Notify stakeholders of critical dates and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships within Human Resources and customers.
  • Independently collate and analyze data using per-determined tools, methods and formats to provide managers and Human Resources Business Partners with the information required to plan and execute policies and processes.
  • Under only general supervision, provide management in simple HR Services personnel related matters to ensure best practice and alignment across the organization.
  • Under only general supervision, support execution of segment/ function/ BD people strategies by providing operational HR management to ensure the achievement of business goals.


Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities


  • Utilize business and technology knowledge and collaborative skills to work with business owners and technical resources to determine business information, workflow and application needs.
  • Understand customers´ objectives, processes, products and services and make educated recommendations for business system designs.
  • Coordinate planning, facilitate meetings and monitor business decisions throughout the project development and implementation processes.
  • Identify any anomalies or discrepancies in financial information upon review, updating management necessary in order to ensure its access to up to date and accurate information.
  • Identify appropriate parties to include or consult in problem solving process.
  • Prepare financial and business related analysis and research in such areas as financial and expense performance.
  • Prepare standard monthly, quarterly and routine reports working closely with others within group as well as business units.
  • Review work undertaken by HR Service project team in order to ensure appropriate use of materials, tools, equipment or resources and adherence to schedules.
  • Conduct due diligence on HR Services processes in order to determine the risk profile in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure data integrity for respective areas of data entry, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.

Job Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in human resources, HR analytics, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of analyzing HR data, generating reports, and providing actionable insights.



  • Data Analysis - strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and trends.
  • IT Knowledge - Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Design - Experience in responsive design to ensure optimal user experiences across various devices.
