Job Summary
Supports the management of the function’s data platforms and workplace tools and solutions. They extract data and deliver insights to inform and shape property, sustainability and real estate services identifying and anticipating current and future business needs.,
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
- Extracts data from workplace and real estate platforms using industry specific insights and knowledge to provide reportingt on trends and KPI data.
- Create visualizations and dashboards to support the function’s storytelling ensuring the business needs are met; iidentify future property, sustainability and real estate technology solutions as well as projects and programs to deliver workplace change.
- Analyze and measure performance from platforms such as workplace experience, occupancy, leasing and leasing events, workplace efficiency, wellbeing, utilization.,
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred:
- 7-10 years in corporate real estate, facilities, or workplace services, with senior leadership role.
- Negotiation and contract management expertise.
- Familiarity with workplace technology and sustainability practices
