Head of Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services

Job Summary

We’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking leader to helm our Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services (CREWS) function. This role will shape our workplace strategy, drive operational excellence, and lead a diverse real estate and workplace portfolio that supports our business growth and employee experience.

 

What you’ll lead

1. Workplace & Real Estate Strategy

  • Shape long-term strategies across space planning, leasing, sustainability, and workplace experience.
  • Identify future-ready technologies and solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.

 

2. Data-Driven Insights

  • Use workplace and real estate platforms to extract insights, track KPIs, and generate dashboards that influence business decisions.
  • Tell compelling stories through data to shape workplace transformation.

 

3. Project & Portfolio Management

  • Lead end-to-end CRE and workplace projects — from design and procurement to delivery and close-out.
  • Oversee branch relocations, refurbishments, and fit-out projects, ensuring business continuity and stakeholder alignment.
  • Govern contractor performance, including quality, timelines, and defect rectification.

 

4. Vendor & Service Delivery Management

  • Oversee vendor governance across FM, leasing, design, and workplace services.
  • Drive contract negotiations and ensure performance aligns with SLAs and KPIs.

 

5. Financial & Budget Oversight

  • Manage annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets, balancing strategic investment and cost efficiency.

 

6. Stakeholder & Landlord Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with landlords and internal stakeholders through proactive communication and issue resolution.

 

7. Governance, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report portfolio and project performance to senior management.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and 6 or more years of experience in related field
  • A seasoned leader with strong experience in:
    • Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services
    • Leasing, space planning, and project management
    • Vendor and contract governance
    • Data-driven performance reporting
    • Large, multi-site or complex portfolios
    • Stakeholder and landlord engagement
    • Budget and CAPEX/OPEX management
