Provides team leadership in delivering complex financial, operational, performance, and compliance objectives within FAR, PPM, and FinOps. Spearheads strategic and tactical transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment and collaboration across relevant business functions. Demonstrates strong stakeholder management capabilities, fostering effective partnerships and engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

 

  • Leads and develops a team of Finance professionals, overseeing talent acquisition, workforce planning, and capability building.
  • Serves as the primary finance partner for strategic initiatives, providing advanced financial analysis, modelling, and decision support.
  • Leads the preparation of executive reporting, financial insights, and business cases to support leadership decision-making.
  • Ensures the timely delivery of high-quality standardized and ad hoc reports, including insightful commentary and recommendations.
  • Oversees day-to-day finance operations, resolving complex issues and ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery.
  • Drives continuous process improvement by collaborating with local Controllers to identify and implement operational enhancements.
  • Maintains a strong internal control environment, ensuring compliance and effective execution of key financial controls.
  • Leads the standardization and optimization of Finance Operations processes, scope, and operating models.
  • Champions data quality initiatives and process automation to enhance reporting accuracy and improve Straight Through Processing (STP) efficiency.
