Job Summary
Supports processing, posting and clearing of transactions, payments and corporate actions to ensure correct, complete and timely position management for standard clients and processes. Supports control activities for standard clients and processes in accordance to required timelines.
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
- Supports generating insights and recommendations by addressing specific technical queries from clients and delivering appropriate solutions
- Completes assigned standardized tasks within the team ensuring an efficient and high-quality service
- Communicates clearly the result of their work to management
- Proactively learns from others and supports execution of standard systems and processes for operations and its key deliverables.
- Supports agreed correct, complete and timely service delivery
- Supports trouble shooting standard operational day-to-day issues
- Supports as a subject matter expert and business analyst to projects, internal initiatives and country-specific customer demands
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment operations, fund administration, middle office, or back‑office support (fresh graduates may be considered)
