Proposition Marketing & Comm Executive

PURPOSE:

To support company and department initiatives to drive business growth, product position and lead assignments to meet changing business, industry, community, regulatory environmental requirements.

To assist and collaborate with stakeholders to implement communications strategy and plan, and delivers an integrated program of customer, distributor and sale activity to achieve agreed investment business targets and strategic objectives.

 

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Key Accountabilities

  • To assist in product planning, reporting and research analysis, and all customer campaigns related support
  • To assist in preparation of all customer communication related materials (includes wordings, key features and language translation) within timeline.
  • To manage post campaigns task lists (includes payment invoices, fulfilment listing, distribution of gifts and post reviews)
  • To assist in analysing customers’ demographics, profitability and behaviour for new campaign proposal and competitors benchmarking
  • To prepare and perform periodic updates on all marketing collaterals, and to work closely with Branding and other stakeholders to ensure timely and correct delivery
  • To assist in digital marketing content creation (such as flyers, bite size info, facebook posting, web banners, EDMs and other digital activation programs)
  • To assist and support in all Customer Marketing initiative and activities including propositional development, promotion and strategic and tactical objectives to deliver market leading campaigns that generate profitable business.

Business Accountabilities

  • To ensure effective marketplace delivery, customer focus and propositional integrity.
  • To ensure communications requirements are clearly defined based on an informed detailed understanding of propositions, target market segments and distribution channels.
  • To Ensure on time, on budget delivery of campaigns and other communications initiatives, to maintain or grow profitable market share for relevant proposition set.
  • To work collaboratively with all parts of the Marketing team and wider business areas to research, develop, enhance and communicate the customer and/or broker value propositions for assigned segments.
  • To assist in gathering business insight and strategic input to the production of communications, sales campaigns and marketing promotions.
  • Ensure governance and compliance processes are adhered to correctly and support wider Zurich initiatives as the voice of the customer – as required

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field is typically required.

  • At least 1- 2 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or related fields is generally expected.

  • Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and analytical skills are crucial. Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is often necessary.
