Regional Branch Head, Conv & Takaful

Purpose

Oversees assigned team members in delivery of business objectives in order to contribute to the overall success of the organization. They are responsible for the development of team members as well as creating and implementing plans that improve the work environment and business results.

Key Accountabilities 

• Supervises assigned team members' daily activities related to performance metrics, behaviors and company and regulatory guidelines.
• They coach employees on behaviors and activities with the goal of performance improvement, and direct selection, technical training and career development of personnel.
• They create and implement plans that will improve individual, team and business performance, and maintain thorough and current working knowledge of procedures, methods and regulatory requirements.
• They understand, support and advocate the organization’s overall strategy and communicate the company strategies related to product, processes, policies and practices.
• They partner with other leaders to develop, pilot and execute improvements and engage with operational stakeholders on a regular basis to verify that all requirements are being met.
• They interact with and respond to customer inquiries and executive escalations.
• They model, promote and advocate Zurich’s core values.
