Senior DevOps Engineer

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us deliver high-quality software solutions using the latest technologies and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps principles, extensive experience in cloud infrastructure management, automation and building robust, scalable CI/CD pipelines. This role will be crucial in defining our infrastructure strategy, mentoring team members, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications

Key Responsibilities

• AWS & IaC: Architect and manage scalable AWS solutions (e.g., ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM) using Terraform for full-lifecycle infrastructure automation. 
• Containerization: Design and manage highly scalable ECS clusters, Service Auto-Scaling policies, and integration with Application Load Balancers (ALB) for high availability. 
• CI/CD: Build, develop, and maintain robust pipelines and optimize GitHub Actions pipelines, automating provisioning via Python/Bash.
• DevSecOps: Integrate automated security gates into pipelines using Sonarqube (static analysis), Veracode (app security), and Prisma Cloud (CSPM/vulnerability scanning). 
• Observability: Manage system performance and health using Dynatrace; define SLOs, tune alerts. 
• Leadership: Mentor development teams on cloud best practices and govern organizational standards for security and performance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or SRE roles. 
• Expert level experience with one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP). 
• Strong proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code or a similar IaC tool. 
• Extensive experience in designing and optimizing CI/CD workflows to fully automate build and deployment cycles (eg. GitHub, GitLab).
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for comprehensive system monitoring, APM, and proactive alerting. 
• Proven experience implementing DevSecOps security scanners tools, such as Sonarqube, Veracode, and Prisma Cloud. 
• Proficient in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or Go). 
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Associate Solution Architect.
