Senior Executive, Policy Servicing
Summary
Responsible for processing and updating project activities, ensuring prompt execution within established benchmarks and deadlines. Capable of proposing data-driven solutions that align with the Company's strategies.
Key Tasks
- Perform the process initiate by the company and Servicing Request from customer for Takaful/Life
- Able to present data to support decisions for solutions
- Assist superior in participating product meeting
- Assist superior in prepare system/business requirement
- Perform system enhancements and prepare relevant document for sign off prior, during and after UAT.
- Assist superior to monitor the result
- To review process and propose for automation/improvement.
- To perform all activities achieved the reasonable quality, performance and within the agreed timeline given
- Prepare and review of any relevant document e.g: WI, regulatory guides, policy contract.
- Support team member on day to day problem solving
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignment/projects from Management when required.
- To ensure all requirements of the Takaful Act 1984, Bank Negara Guidelines, MTA Guidelines, Departmental Benchmarks, Bank Negara Audit, Internal Audit and External Audit are complied with.
Skills and Knowledge
- Good communication skill –verbal and written
- Analytical skill
- Good in Excel/Big Data
- Ability to produce high quality work under pressure and right attitude for work
- Sound processing knowledge
- Sound product knowledge
Technical Skills
Essential: PC literate and excellent in communication skills.
Desirable: Knowledge in Life Insurance/ Takaful, good communication/ inter-personal skill. Computer and system literate with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Qualifications
Education : Degree or Diploma with relevant experience
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in Insurance Industry
