Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

• To drive growth and profitability in all assigned products through risk selection, pricing, negotiation, sales, retention and quality service.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Develop or enable the development of new and expanding business opportunities.
• Manage the sales and service activities to retain the existing business.
• Prepare quotation and monitor claims to ensure excellence service to customer.
• Provide technical advice that assist customer to solve problem or improve business.
• To assist in managing premium collections / monitoring outstanding premium ageing to desired level.
• Ensure that appropriate documentation, implementation and communication of established policy, procedures and operating standards is completed for area of responsibility.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and 2 or more years of experience in related field
• 2 years of Direct sales experience is preferred
• Understands and works within regulatory environment
