Training Admin Executive
Job Summary:
The incumbent is responsible to manage all admin matters and ensure adherence to compliance for TMDC and responsible to update and organize all training related matters pertaining to Zurich Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- To coordinate all pre-training related matters i.e. training announcement, communicating & answering queries from sales team & agents, compiling registration nationwide, booking of training room in branches, catering arrangement, hotel (if required), speakers’ administration, preparing attendance, preparing training material, courier to branch on-time, compiling cost comparison & approval request.
- Post training Administration i.e. follow-up on attendance listing, data entry on completion of training, updating CPD's accordingly, process payments, update & share reports to Sales Team, Management & other stakeholders.
- Monitoring e-Learning completion & updating agents’ system accordingly for CPD (Life & Takaful), Product Competency Restriction (PCR) & commission suspension uplift.
- General admin matters: managing training stock, validating trainer's TARF & IT equipment handling, stationaries.
- Liaise with 3rd party for outsourcing efforts i.e. printers, hotel, caterers.
- Liaise with internal and external customers i.e. departments in Zurich, LIAM, Aii, BNM, NAMLIFA, FPAM and MFPC.
- Ensure filing and documentation is up to date.
- Manage any ad-hoc and on-going projects in TMDC i.e. UAT Testing.
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized University specializing in Business Administration / Management, Insurance, Education & related disciplines.
- Have at least 2 years of working experience in life insurance and/or retail financial services business in the areas of Training, Sales & Marketing
- Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and passionate.
- Detail in work, has a sense of urgency & able to work independently
