If you thrive on building meaningful partnerships, drive results, and want to make a real impact in the world of employee benefits, this could be your next big step.
You’ll be the go-to person for a key partner, nurturing a strong, strategic relationship and driving mutual success. From day one, you’ll work hand-in-hand with industry leaders, leveraging Zurich’s full suite of pension, savings, and protection solutions. Your insights and expertise will help shape our offering and keep us ahead in a fast-evolving market.
What will you be doing?
- Manage global relationships with major distributors across protection and savings.
- Achieve and/or maintain preferred provider status for Zurich with the relevant distributors.
- Enhance retention and growth of employee benefits portfolios across units worldwide.
- Share market intelligence and insights with local and central colleagues.
- Collaborate with other parts of the group.
- Report on business quoted, bound, declined, or lost.
- Facilitate sizeable and complex deals on a local or multi-country basis.
- Ensure strong connections with regional and global stakeholders in placement, proposition, carrier management, etc.
- Act as the go-to person and escalation channel for our partners.
- Represent Zurich at senior meetings and industry events.
What are we looking for?
You’re already a recognised name in the employee benefits arena, with a track record that speaks for itself. Your understanding of global markets and current trends means you can spot opportunities that others might miss. You’re fluent in the language of numbers—confident with financial metrics, and able to translate data into compelling stories and actionable insights.
- Communication is your superpower. You’re comfortable speaking English at a senior level, whether presenting to executives or negotiating with partners.
- Fluency in German, Spanish, French or other languages is a plus—our business is global, and so is our mindset.
- Proven experience with risk protection and savings solutions across a broad range of international markets.
- International experience and market recognition.
As an inclusive employer, we want to ensure that all candidates feel comfortable and can perform at their best during the interview. You’ll have the opportunity to let us know of any reasonable adjustment or practical support needed when you apply.
What will you get in return?
