This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of Zurich’s digitalisation efforts, working closely with senior leaders, international teams, customers, and brokers, you’ll help shape the future of our customer and broker experience through direct engagement and meaningful collaboration.

What will you be doing? 

 

  • Leading and participating in multiple strategic digitalisation projects across the business. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs.
  • Work closely with IT teams to support data integration initiatives, with our customers & brokers to leverage our API capabilities to streamline processes and enable seamless data exchange across platforms.  
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications, helping to design and implement solutions that drive efficiency and enable data-driven decision making.
  • Partnering with senior leadership and stakeholders from all functions to gather requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions.
  • Coordinating with development teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of new digital capabilities.
  • Driving the implementation of self-service and transactional features to reduce manual processes and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborating with international Zurich teams, customers, and brokers to deliver portal training, resolve technical issues, and support onboarding and adoption. 

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • We’re looking for someone who thinks end-to-end understanding that every solution we build impacts not just our customers, but also the way our internal teams work together. You consider the bigger picture, ensuring improvements create value for both our customers and our colleagues across Zurich. 
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, IT project delivery and business analysis within a complex organisation. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business. 
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer-centric solutions. 
  • Experience working in international environments and delivering training or support across diverse teams. 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in insurance pricing or data strategy. 
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL and Power BI. Experience with Python or R is a plus. 
  • You have experience with APIs and data integration, enabling seamless connections between systems and supporting efficient, data-driven processes. Your skills help us deliver solutions that are robust, scalable, and future-ready. 
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
