IT Service Delivery Engineer

IT Service Delivery Engineer (m/f/d)


As IT Service Delivery Engineer, under supervision you will install, trouble shoot and repair personal computer systems and other peripherals. You will provide also technical support for internal clients.



Main Responsibilities


  • Perform 1st and 2nd level support to users
  • Deploy, configure, troubleshoot applications and computers systems
  • Install and deploy computers and others peripherical
  • Operational support of the IT systems (applications, servers, network components)
  • Day to day system maintenance activities including backup, monitoring, patches, antivirus
  • IT Security monitoring and controls
  • Create and update internal documentation and processes


Your skills and experience


  • Bachelor/ Licence in IT or BTS/DUT
  • 2-3 years’ experience in IT sector, but a junior profile without professional experience will be considered as well
  • Fluency or advanced level in English, spoken and written
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 and 2019
  • Scripting languages (Command line, VB, VBA, Powershell)
  • Active Directory and basic networking
  • Deployment tools (SCCM, MDT, InTune)
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
  • Adapt easy to changes, ability to learn and progress
  • Pro-active, self-motivated & reliable
  • Customer focused and well organized
