Overview

As a Zurich Internal Control Testing Platform Intern, you will support the operation, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Zurich Internal Control Testing technology ecosystem.

You will act as a key point of contact for platform users across the organization, ensuring that reporting solutions, platform functionality, and support processes operate effectively and continue to meet business needs.

Working closely with Zurich Internal Control testing teams, Local Champions, and Development teams, you will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the platform while ensuring a high standard of user support, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

You will also play an active role in the evolution of Zurich's Agentic AI capabilities by supporting testing, user adoption, requirements gathering, and platform improvements.

As a Zurich Internal Control Testing Platform InternIntern you will have the opportunity to:

• Support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ZCTA-IQ platform and related ZICTT technology solutions
• Act as the first point of contact for platform support activities, including ticket triage, issue resolution, and coordination with development teams
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and alignment with business needs
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide training and onboarding, and drive platform adoption and user satisfaction
• Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the platform, translating business requirements into functional solutions and supporting UAT and release activities
• Contribute to the prioritization and delivery of platform enhancements, identifying opportunities to improve usability, efficiency, and business value
• Support the evolution of the ZCTA-IQ Agentic AI solution through testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify and promote automation opportunities, operational efficiencies, and best practices for the responsible use of AI
• Monitor platform performance, reporting effectiveness, and user feedback to drive continuous service improvement
• Maintain platform documentation, knowledge articles, and support materials to ensure effective knowledge sharing and operational consistency.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting, technology platforms, and digital solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Excel, or other reporting and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Interest in AI technologies and their application to business processes.

Nice to Have

• Academic or internship experience related to analytics, reporting, audit, risk, compliance, or technology.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Platform, or data visualization tools.
• Exposure to Jira, ServiceNow, or similar collaboration and ticketing tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or automation solutions.
• Interest in software testing, UAT activities, or product support environments.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
