As the Client Partnership Manager, you will support Zurich’s strategic relationship with superfund partners to deliver exceptional group insurance services to the trustee office, employers, members, and key stakeholders. It is pivotal for maintaining client satisfaction, driving innovation, and reinforcing Zurich’s position as a trusted insurance partner.

 

Key responsibilities include building and sustaining trust-based relationships with fund partner leadership and third-party administrators, delivering group life and income protection services in line with partner expectations and regulatory standards, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service. The role involves monitoring SLAs, claims performance, member experience, identifying opportunities for value-add through innovation, digital solutions, and member engagement. In addition, supporting client’s Insurance Management Framework, member education and communication strategies, in line with the Insurance in Superannuation Voluntary Code of Practice, contributing insights to Zurich’s broader group insurance strategy, and proactively managing reputational and operational risks.

 

Important to your success – let’s grow together

 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in group insurance or superannuation with a strong understanding of group life insurance products, claims processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven relationship management experience with institutional clients, trustee office, fund partners and third-party administrators.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., Insurance in Superannuation Voluntary Code of Practice, ASFA/ASIC guidelines) and relevant standards.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated project delivery and time-management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
  • Flexibility to travel interstate when required.
