Join Zurich Assure as a Financial Adviser and play a key role in helping customers protect what matters most. Reporting to the Advice Director, this is an exciting opportunity to deliver meaningful outcomes while building trusted, long-term relationships. The role can be based in our Melbourne or North Sydney offices.

Zurich Assure is Zurich’s Australian life insurance advice business, combining specialist expertise with smart digital tools to make quality advice more accessible, efficient and simple. Our focus is clear: helping more Australians find the cover they need with confidence.

In this role, you’ll provide specialised insurance advice to a broad range of customers, delivering personalised solutions that genuinely make a difference. You’ll grow our advice business by delivering exceptional service, deepening customer relationships and tailoring advice to each customer’s goals and needs. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you’ll also use digital tools and data-driven insights to strengthen our efficient, customer-first and compliant advice model.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

• 5+ years’ advice experience, with strong knowledge of insurance products and the Australian advice market.
• FASEA qualified.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills across written, verbal and presentation channels.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders and colleagues.
• Adaptable to new processes, ways of working and client engagement models.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, balancing targets and deadlines.
• Experience delivering advice through digital channels.
• Strong industry knowledge, judgement and ability to manage competing priorities.
