About Travel Guard
This role is part of our Travel Guard team. Travel Guard is a leading travel insurance brand, serving millions of leisure and business travellers worldwide. Established in 1982 we offer a comprehensive portfolio of travel insurance solutions and global assistance services. Travel Guard operates service centres across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring 24/7 support to help travellers navigate unexpected circumstances that may disrupt their plans. Travel Guard became part of Zurich Cover-More in December 2024.
What you’ll be doing:
The Financial Analyst will have a dedicated focus on Global Expense Reporting. This role will play a key part in strengthening how we track, analyze, and forecast expenses across regions, helping the business understand where we are today, where we’re headed, and how we get there.
- Own and support global expense reporting, including monthly actuals analysis, rolling forecasts, and multi-year budget planning
- Deliver accurate, well-structured expense reporting broken out in meaningful ways to support decision-making
- Develop clear, insightful monthly expense commentary highlighting drivers, trends, and variances
- Partner closely with FP&A, controllership, sales, underwriting, operations, and actuarial teams across regions
- Gather, consolidate, and validate expense data from North America and international teams
- Support management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiencies within expense reporting
- Take increasing ownership over scope and projects, with the opportunity to expand into broader FP&A responsibilities over time
What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A
- Strong background in expense analysis and financial statement review
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling preferred
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP is a strong plus
- Big 4 or large, complex environment experience is highly desirable
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail; someone who checks, validates, and questions data
- Comfortable working across teams and geographies in a matrixed environment
- Proactive, curious, and willing to ask questions early to get things right
- Clear, concise communicator with strong organizational and time-management skills

Compensation
At Zurich Cover-More, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. In compliance with local laws, Zurich commits to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role. Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $90,000 - $135,000.
