As a Claims Implementation Lead, you will drive the on-time/successful rollout and delivery of the ART program of work. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and compliance, helping build out an innovative and fit for purpose claims proposition for ART that aligns the aspirations of both organisations.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Project Leadership: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of claims implementation projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with claims, digital, operations, and business teams to gather requirements, address challenges, and align on project goals.
  • Change Management: Develop and deliver change management strategies and training programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize claims processes and support the delivery of innovative solutions.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all implementations meet regulatory, compliance, and Zurich’s quality standards.
  • Communication: Provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

  • Demonstrated success leading insurance or claims projects, with deep expertise in claims processes and systems.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, able to drive change, engage diverse teams, and inspire your team to achieve both personal and business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills—you’re able to persuade, influence, and build rapport, while clearly sharing specialist knowledge to help others grow.
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities to support sound recommendations and manage escalations effectively.
  • A practical approach to understanding instructions, analysing issues, and providing clear, straightforward advice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and maintain positive relationships at all levels, while demonstrating professionalism and customer focus.
