As Client Partner Lead within Zurich Resilience Solutions, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our customers build resilience in an increasingly complex risk environment. This newly created role sits within our Property line of business and exists to strengthen strategic partnerships, unlock new opportunities, and showcase the full value of our data-led, consultancy approach.

 

You’ll lead with impact, bringing together customers, brokers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that protect what matters most. Through your leadership, you’ll help position Zurich as a trusted advisor in risk and resilience, supporting sustainable growth for our customers and our business.

 

You will also be responsible for the following:

 

  • Driving profitable growth across Zurich Resilience Solutions by strengthening client and broker partnerships
  • Leading renewal activity and identifying new service opportunities that deliver clear customer value
  • Delivering and championing the Zurich Resilience Solutions value proposition to customers and brokers
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across underwriting, customers, brokers and vendors
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative, industry-specific resilience solutions
  • Monitoring performance and outcomes to ensure plans deliver meaningful and measurable impact

You’re a commercially minded relationship builder who leads with curiosity and confidence. You enjoy working collaboratively across diverse stakeholders and are motivated by creating solutions that make a real difference for customers.

 

In order to be successful, you will have the following:

 

  • Experience in client partnership, account management or business development within insurance or risk services
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and renewal outcomes
  • An understanding of property risk engineering, hazard analysis or resilience-focused solutions
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers, brokers and internal teams
  • The capability to translate customer needs into tailored, value-led solutions
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
