The Dispute Resolution Specialist is a technical role that spans IDR and EDR responsibilities across a diverse General Insurance portfolio. The IDR component of the role involves management of disputes and complaints that are escalated internally from business areas within Zurich while the EDR component of this role involves managing disputes lodged with external schemes such as AFCA, OAIC and AHRC. Management of both IDR and EDR disputes require thorough case investigation, analytical skills, and internal and external stakeholder management.

 

This is a 6-month contract role

 

 

Important to your success – let’s grow together

 

  • Previous experience managing claims, ideally across landlord or property insurance lines.
  • Exposure to internal and external dispute resolution processes will be advantageous.
  • Advanced level of customer service and complaint resolution skills, with the ability to retain customer relationships and reduce reputational and financial risk.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage strict timelines.
