Facilities Coordinator


The Opportunity

The Role


In this exciting and varied role, you will provide facilities management and office support services across multiple offices within Australia and New Zealand. In addition, you will act as the key local contact point for staff regarding all facilities and property related issues.


This is a fantastic opportunity to be the primary interface with the business in relation to Facilities Management questions and queries. Specific duties will include (but not be limited to):


  • Responding to internal help desk requests while providing a prompt and reliable service to employees;
  • Managing the work request system ensuring all requests are managed effectively;
  • Liaising with vendors for the completion of works; 
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure offices are WHS compliant and organising repair of any maintenance issues;
  • Regular reporting on issues and incidents;
  • Monitoring procedures, processes and systems to ensure they are efficient, cost-effective and running smoothly.


Your Experience


To be successful in the role, you will have ideally previous Facilities Coordination experience. We will also consider applicants with other service led experience including contact centre, hospitality or hotel management. You will hold relevant tertiary qualifications and have exemplary customer service skills. You will be able to demonstrate your strong stakeholder management skills as well your organisational and coordination capabilities.
