Bring your passion for service to Zurich as our next Guest Relations Officer in the Workplace Experience team.

As the friendly face of our stunning reception area, you’ll create a warm, professional first impression for every visitor who walks through our doors. From managing the visitor system and coordinating meeting rooms to supporting events, providing beverages to clients, coordinating catering, day-to-day administration, and supporting the National Switchboard overflow, you’ll play a key part in creating a seamless workplace experience and making Zurich a great place to be.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential 

• Proven experience in a similar role within a corporate or professional services environment
• Strong administration skills and confidence using a range of computer systems
• A customer-first mindset, with plenty of initiative and a proactive approach
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
• Valid RSA and barista experience is a nice to have
• Able to work on a rotating shift of Open and Close timings
