Join our Workplace Experience team as a Hospitality Coordinator and help create an exceptional experience for our employees, partners and visitors.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll deliver outstanding hospitality, support daily tower operations, assist with events, and help drive workplace engagement across Zurich.
From meetings and catered events to internal communications and community activities, no two days will look the same. You’ll work closely with the Guest Relations Manager to keep things running smoothly and help make Zurich a great place to be.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver professional beverage service, including barista-made coffee and tea, for meetings
- Deliver first-class service across meetings, canape events, formal lunches, dinners and seminars
- Prepare for meetings and events, and provide daily Zurich Tower movement updates
- Support ERG and community events
- Manage the setup and upkeep of meeting rooms and inhouse event spaces
- Coordinate communications for inhouse events and workplace engagement activities
- Assist stakeholders with planning and coordinating meetings, conferences and social events, supported by the Guest Relations Manager
- Prepare and share internal updates on workplace events and activities across Sydney and interstate offices
- Manage food and beverage operations, including alcoholic beverages, supplier coordination, ordering and invoicing, and the provision of coffee, milk, fruit and other workplace amenities across Sydney and interstate offices
- Provide backup support to the front desk, including day-to-day meet-and-greet responsibilities and National Switchboard coverage as required
Important to your success - Unlock your potential
- Experience in a similar corporate or professional services role
- Valid RSA and barista experience
- Strong administration and computer skills
- Excellent customer service and initiative
- Strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates flexibility to accommodate varying event schedules, including early morning and after-hours requirements.
