In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service as you schedule and conduct telephone interviews with customers for new business applications across our life insurance products.

 

You will collaborate closely with customers, advisers, underwriters, case managers, and most importantly, your team, to ensure that all relevant information is shared, and service levels and compliance requirements are met without compromising the customer experience or the accuracy of information captured.

 

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to service our customers outside of normal work hours. These shifts can be from 8am-4 pm, 9am-5pm, and 12pm-8pm and will be rotated across the team. Please consider this before submitting your application.

 

Important to your success – let’s grow together  

 

  • Proven success in a customer service or contact centre role in the life insurance industry is preferred.
  • Background in nursing or another health-related field, with a strong understanding of medical terminology, is highly regarded.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport, develop relationships, and garner trust and confidence.
  • Excellent time management skills, self-sufficient, and motivated.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technology.
