As the Broker Relationship Leader for NSW, you will develop a strategic trading relationship with a designated panel of top tiers of brokers with a focus on establishing & maintaining strong broker relationships, developing sound business development strategies, and managing the sales process & pipeline.

 

The role requires driving accountability within the Underwriting community, across SME and Commercial, driving and owning the trading relationship, whilst fostering a multi-tier relationship across all levels in both organisations and all lines of business.  

 

 

Important to your success - let's grow together  

 

  • Commercially astute with a comprehensive understanding of the General Insurance industry and the products available.
  • Sales/Business Development background.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, with a customer focus and solution mindset. 
  • ANZIIF CIP member or equivalent and Tier 1 – RG 146, preferred.
