Ready to take the next step in your digital insurance career? An exciting opportunity exists to join Zurich as a National eBusiness Specialist, working closely with our national eBusiness leadership team.
This is a great opportunity for an early professional who is ready to progress their career to the next level, build strong stakeholder relationships, and play a key role in supporting Zurich’s digital delivery across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you’ll help ensure our electronic delivery systems are used effectively by intermediary partners and internal teams, while working closely with MGAs and underwriting agencies to support accurate accounts, reliable data and smooth platform performance. You’ll also contribute to quality assurance and regular audit activity across the General Insurance platform landscape, helping drive efficiency, accuracy and continuous improvement for the business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maximise the use of Zurich’s electronic delivery systems to support growth, budgets and retention.
- Work with MGAs, underwriting agencies and brokers to set up accounts, manage bordereaux and improve data quality.
- Monitor, reconcile and resolve platform errors across Zurich, Ebix and broker systems.
- Project manage account transfers, splits and mergers across all relevant platforms.
- Troubleshoot system and process issues, documenting analysis and solution requirements.
- Support new technology rollouts, including design input, UAT, training, audits and release verification.
- Promote Zurich’s digital propositions while ensuring processes remain compliant and efficient.
Important to your success - Unlock your potential
- Desirable business degree and/or ANZIIF qualification
- Strong analytical skills with excellent accuracy across data and processes
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Sound general insurance, product and underwriting knowledge
- IT support experience or confidence troubleshooting system issues
- Understanding of broker packages and platforms such as Winbeat, EGlobal, CBS, Insight and Steadfast SCTP
- Motivated to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
