Sitting within our GI Claims team, this role is focused on designing and continuously improving our catastrophe response approach, ensuring we are ready to support our customers when it matters most.

You’ll lead the way in preparing for and responding to natural hazard events such as flood, bushfire, cyclone and storm, bringing together people, processes and partners to deliver strong outcomes for our customers, communities and business. Your work will directly influence how we build resilience, respond at pace, and care for customers during challenging times.

We invest in your growth through access to global learning, technical pathways, and opportunities to build digital and AI capability. You’ll also join a values‑led, inclusive team that celebrates great work through a vibrant peer‑driven recognition programme — because care in every claim should be recognised and shared.

You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate complex, multi stakeholder operations or programs
  • Strong understanding of natural hazards and their impact on customers and insurance portfolios
