In this pivotal Partnership Manager role, you’ll be at the heart of our strategic relationship with Australian Retirement Trust (ART). You’ll help shape how Zurich shows up for ART’s Super Savings and Corporate employer members, ensuring they receive exceptional service, deep expertise, and genuine care. Your work will directly influence member experience, strengthen client trust, and support Zurich’s position as a long-term, innovative partner.

 

You’ll join a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, contributing to meaningful outcomes while championing digital solutions and insights that help ART and its members thrive.

 

You will also be responsible for the following:

 

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with ART’s leadership and key functional teams.
  • Deliver high quality group insurance services aligned to ART’s expectations and regulatory standards.
  • Achieve corporate new business and retention targets, including successful onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to resolve issues and enhance end to end service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on SLA performance, claims trends, and member experience insights
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and strengthen Zurich’s value proposition through digital and engagement initiatives

You bring a proactive, relationship focused mindset, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are energised by working with diverse stakeholders to solve problems and create meaningful outcomes. You’re someone who leans into challenges with empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

 

In order to be successful, you will have the following:

 

  • Experience in group insurance, superannuation, or financial services.
  • Proven ability to manage strategic relationships with institutional clients.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance offerings, claims, and regulatory settings.
  • Confident communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capability.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience contributing to service improvement or digital enablement initiatives
