An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Zurich’s Retail business as a Partnership and Proposition Manager.

In this dynamic role, you will develop and manage strategic partnerships, curating an innovative product proposition, as you drive customer and partner value within the Australian Life Insurance market. Key to your success will be your initiative in developing strong stakeholder relationships and driving the roadmap of propositions. Engaging with a diverse range of internal/external stakeholders, you will chart the continued evolution of Zurich’s Retail offering.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and cultivating portfolio expansion opportunities within strategic partnerships that align with Zurich’s OKRs.
• Leading implementation of propositions in line with take-to-market initiatives, ensuring they are valuable, effective, and measurable engagements.
• Drive the development of joint business plans including marketing activity, key performance indicators KPIs, and customer engagement strategies.
• Work with agencies, marketing, digital, and internal teams to deliver content across channels and manage the internal review process.
• Own performance tracking, insights and continuous improvement through regular reporting and business reviews for each key partner. 
• Collaborating with legal, risk, compliance, procurement, and technology teams to ensure effective oversight and monitoring while maintaining an optimal partner experience.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

• Experience in digital partnerships, business development, product management, or propositions within financial services, insurance, fintech or Insurtech
• Insurance experience, knowledge of products/distribution models is highly desirable
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to work cross functionally
• Results driven, with a balance of strategic thinking and hands on delivery focused on delivering value for customers and partners
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• A commercial mindset combining business acumen with creativity
• Excellent initiative, with the ability to be adaptable in an agile environment.
