Our Service Delivery team is dedicated to managing the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding through to exit—while providing expert employee relations advice, global mobility support, and driving the simplification and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, processes, and systems.

 

As a People Advisor, you will provide comprehensive HR advice to our leaders and employees, while enhancing the overall customer experience. You will support the resolution and alignment of HR cases within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and drive the adoption of self-service tools and resources to reduce transactional volumes. Furthermore, you will ensure the wellbeing of team members by proactively identifying and managing workplace exposures that may lead to stress, bullying, harassment, and discrimination.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Financial Services sector.
  • In-depth understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
  • High attention to detail coupled with strong organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working with systems and reporting tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Strong service mindset, adept at problem solving and driving outcomes.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow is preferable.
