Reporting to the Head of Employee Experience & Service Delivery, you will lead and mentor a team of 4 HR Advisors as they provide HR advice to our leaders and employees and improve the customer experience by focusing on continuous improvement. 

The team is responsible for the full employee experience (onboarding through full life cycle to exit), complex employee relations advice, customer experience, global mobility, simplification and continuous improvement of policy, procedure, process and systems and other HR projects and initiatives. 

 

The People team works with each business unit to make Zurich a great place to be. The People team has ~30 team members and comprise of BU HR, Performance & Reward, Health & Wellbeing, Payroll, Service/Operations, Talent & Diversity, and Talent Acquisition.

You have strong stakeholder management, influencing, change management, analytical and communication capabilities, that combine with your outstanding leadership, and strategic execution experience. You have an ability to deliver change outcomes, including process improvements, and are adaptable, service oriented and collaborative to drive and deliver strong business outcomes. You like to work in a transformational environment.

 

You have a previous HR Generalist background, as well as project, and process improvement experience, along with strong Employee Relations (ER) knowledge. Familiarity with ServiceNow preferrable.
